Our Beginning
My journey started in my father's garage in Jacksonville, FL. I used to work with my dad and he taught me the business of fixing guitars, which I am grateful for. Those early years taught me how to recognize quality, evaluate what is original, and appreciate the history of every instrument.
While working there, I began buying and selling guitars and vintage parts on my own. What started as a small side business quickly grew as I developed relationships with musicians, collectors, and dealers around the world.
Our Philosophy
Eventually I took the leap to build Good Bridge Music. Through Good Bridge Music, we want to help musicians and collectors find instruments they can trust. Good Bridge Music isn't just about selling instruments — it's also about helping people when it is time to let them go.
One experience that has stayed with me involved an elderly woman named Denise, who was preparing to sell her late husband's guitar collection to a large retail chain. The store gave her an offer that did not reflect the true value of each instrument. After speaking with her, I took the time to evaluate the collection and help her sell her guitars to the right buyers for the price they deserved. Seeing the relief on her face reminded me why I started this business in the first place.
