We take great care packaging and shipping every instrument so it arrives safely and on time.

Domestic Shipping
We ship all orders within the contiguous United States via FedEx or UPS. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1,000. Orders under $1,000 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Insurance & Packaging
Every instrument is fully insured for its declared value and packed by our team of luthiers using custom foam-fitted cases and double-wall corrugated boxes. We do not use third-party fulfillment centers — your guitar is packed by someone who plays guitar.
Signature Required
For orders over $500, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or contact us to arrange a hold at a FedEx/UPS facility.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday will ship the following Monday.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 business days.
