What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all instruments. If you're not completely satisfied, return the guitar in its original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer — unless the item arrived not in the condition described, in which case we'll provide a prepaid return label.
How is shipping handled for valuable instruments?
All guitars ship fully insured via FedEx or UPS with adult signature confirmation. Each instrument is professionally packed in its original case with additional padding.
