Up for sale is a vintage 1967 Fender Telecaster maple neck , made in the USA during Fender's desirable Early CBS era .

This neck has plenty of genuine vintage character, with decades of scratches, dents, and natural playwear. It received an old lacquer overspray/refinish many years ago and is therefore correctly being sold as a refinished vintage neck rather than an original-finish example.

The original neck date stamp is still present but is extremely faint and partially faded . It appears to show "67," although this cannot be confirmed with complete certainty . The associated pickup/electronics pot codes date to 1966 , which is consistent with the apparent period of the neck but does not independently establish its date.
